About This Role: This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. You’ll be working solo as part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional coffee to private clients in a consistent and high-quality service environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care.

• Providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly café atmosphere.

• Ensuring efficient workflow during peak service times, managing high-volume coffee service.

• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.

• Operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance.

• Assisting with stock management, including ordering and restocking coffee supplies.

• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.

• Strong coffee-making skills, including dialing in espresso, milk texturing, and latte art.

• Passion for specialty coffee and an understanding of industry best practices.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work well solo and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
