Information Security Process Manager

• TCP/IP - VPNs - Security - QoS - Ethernet - MPLS - LAN and WAN routing and switching - LAN, WAN, and Service Provider routing protocols (IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
• CCNA/CCNP strongly recommended
• Maintain / upgrade the network infrastructure to meet the business requirements
• To manage the day-to-day operations of communication of voice and data and any other media as the business requires within the various locations
• Troubleshooting network problems
• Monitoring and fine tuning network performance and security
• To evolve and implement communication and security protocols and policies
• Administration and maintenance of Firewalls, LAN, WAN, LL, MPLS, Intranet, Extranet, Internet technologies and systems and setting up VPNs
• Ensure proper site preparation, install, maintain and upgrade networking and communications equipments and cabling systems
• To liaise, develop and manage vendors and service providers and review their performance
• Review network performance management reports and provide recommendations
• Disaster recovery planning

Extensive knowledge of operations, fulfilment and service processes, GTS and Corporate/Commercial Banking products, and related risks.
Ability to manage alliances, client relationships, cross functional initiatives and process integration within the geography covered.
Experience in delivering through SSC/ Offshore centralised utilities not under direct control and managing vendor and suppliers.Demo Data
