At Learning Links, we’re looking for Casual Customer Service staff to help run our Bingo and Charity Housie sessions in Sydney Metro Partner Clubs, NSW. These sessions raise vital funds to support children and families with learning difficulties.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with patrons and club staff.
• Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings.
• Calculating prize money and recording session details.
• (Optional) Using your microphone skills to call Bingo/Charity Housie games – a fun part of the role, but not essential!

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Current driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
• A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach.
• Customer service skills and confidence with people.
• Access to a laptop and mobile phone.
• Ability to lift up to 15kg.

Desirable:

• Willingness to work a flexible roster (including some nights and weekends).
• Microphone or event experience.
• Knowledge of Bingo/Housie.
