The Opportunity A busy Sydney residential builder is looking for a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join the team on a major Class 2 development currently in structure.

You’ll join an experienced project team at a key stage of the build, taking ownership of structural packages before progressing through the wider delivery of the project.

With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential work ahead, this is a long-term opportunity rather than just one project.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate structural packages
• RFIs, shop drawings and design coordination
• Subcontractor and consultant coordination
• Programming and procurement
• QA, ITPs and inspections
• Resolve design and buildability issues
• Monitor programme, progress and quality

About You

• Site Engineer ready to step up or an experienced Project Engineer
• Experience working on $50M+ projects
• Head contractor / residential builder background
• Class 2 experience highly regarded
• Strong structures / concrete / FRP exposure
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related qualification
