Luxury Travel Advisor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team — someone who is well-travelled, deeply curious about the world and brings exceptional travel knowledge, strong relationships and an instinct for great service.

You’ll work with our established clientele while bringing your own network and building a meaningful luxury leisure portfolio within our business.

Our approach goes well beyond making great travel arrangements. We believe in unreasonable hospitality - knowing our clients, anticipating what they need, remembering what matters and making every journey feel genuinely personal.

You’ll have the travel nous to know what’s exceptional, the judgement to know what’s right for each client - and genuinely love delivering it.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Travel Advisor, ideally within luxury leisure travel

• Strong firsthand travel experience and genuine depth of knowledge across destinations, hotels and luxury travel

• An existing client portfolio or strong personal and professional network you can build upon

• Real travel nous - curious, culturally aware and with an instinct for what is exceptional, relevant and right for each client

• Experience designing and managing complex, high-value international travel

• A genuine enjoyment of working with discerning clients and getting to know how they like to travel

• A natural instinct for hospitality - anticipating needs, remembering the details and going beyond what is expected

• The confidence and judgement to advise clients, not simply take bookings

• Strong commercial awareness and a desire to grow your business

• GDS experience is highly regarded

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

• Manage and nurture relationships with our established Global clients

• Build your own luxury leisure portfolio through relationships, networks and referrals

• Design and manage exceptional, highly personalised travel from brief to return

• Use your knowledge and travel experience to confidently advise on hotels, destinations and experiences

• Work closely with our global network of leading hotels, airlines and travel partners

• Deliver the detail, responsiveness and exceptional service our clients expect - before, during and after they travel
