Join our high-performing Capital Markets team and gain exposure to some of Melbourne's most significant office transactions.

Based in Melbourne CBD, this opportunity is ideal for an Analyst, Commercial Valuer, Assistant Development Manager or property professional looking to accelerate their career in investment sales and capital markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Building financial and cash flow models using Forbury.
• Assisting with major sales campaigns, submissions, Information Memorandums and investment underwrite support information
• Conducting market research and analysing investment opportunities.
• Supporting due diligence, lease and other information reviews and packaging, campaign reporting.
• Managing key sales, valuation and market data.
• Working closely with clients, investors and industry-leading brokers.
• Contributing to business development and new opportunities.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Forbury experience is essential, whether at a junior or advanced level.
• Experience in commercial property, valuations, capital markets, development or a related field.
• Competent analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Degree qualified in Property, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
• A genuine passion for property, investment and deal-making.
