We are proudly partnering with one of the national leaders in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field, who are looking to grow their Canberra team with an additional 2 Occupational Therapists. Career pathways for OTs in this organisation are exceptional as they work across multiple health streams.  

Day to day you'll be:

• Completing assessments (ADL/FCA, workplace, ergonomic, home)
• Goal setting with the injured employee and liaising with all stakeholders to formulate rehabilitation and return to work plans
• Make recommendations on modifications or equipment needed to provide a safe return to work
• Monitoring progress and completing comprehensive reporting each step of the way 

As a large organisation there is scope to move into Senior / Lead roles in line with you experience and capabilities, and Caberra is a location where our client will be seeing considerable growth. 

These particular roles can only be offered to Occupational Therapists who have previous experience in Occupational / Vocational Rehabilitation Consulting, ideally over 18 months.  Sponsorship is available on the basis you have / are eligible for general AHPRA registration.
