Administrative Officer - Office of Cancer Research
About the role
The Administrative Officer will work as an integral member of the Office of Cancer Research (OCR) team, providing administrative support across the Animal Ethics Office and the Research Integrity Office. The role is responsible for coordinating animal ethics and research integrity administration, supporting University of Melbourne appointment processes, and delivering high-quality stakeholder support, reporting, record management and compliance activities within a confidential research environment.
Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers & Administractive EBA. Up to $66,768.00 (HS2) - $73,811.92 (HS21) base per annum, (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for Part Time) dependent on candidate experience. To be discussed with Hiring Manager.

You will have outstanding organisational skills, including attention to detail, prioritisation and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen effectively and work with key stakeholders.
