Delivery Driver

Bread Social is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts (2am), working independently, and being a key part of getting our products out to our wholesale customers each day.

About the Role

Our delivery drivers are the forefront and face of Bread Social, ensuring that all our customers receive old school hospitality and customer service. This is a multi-drop delivery role, where you’ll be responsible for delivering our products to a range of wholesale customers across set routes. The role includes starting at our Bakery, assisting with packing your van, and ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to wholesale customers
• Loading and packing delivery vans accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all orders are delivered in full and on schedule
• Providing friendly, professional interactions with customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicles
• Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth dispatch

About You

• Comfortable driving a large vehicle/van
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts (from 2:00am)
• Strong attention to detail when packing and delivering orders
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting and moving trays/crates
• Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential
