Director, Reform and System Improvement

The position provides high-level strategic leadership, advice and delivery of housing reform initiatives across the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development, with a focus on system and policy reform, program and project management, legislative alignment, and sector wide improvement. The role leads complex reform programs, drives continuous improvement across housing systems and service models, manages priority projects in a dynamic environment, and supports change implementation across government.
