About the role

As an Intermediate/Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a varied client portfolio, while being supported and mentored by experienced leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients (companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals)
• Managing compliance work including BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members (senior candidates)
• Contributing to process improvement and internal best practice

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards completion
• 2+ years' experience in a public practice environment
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, XPM)
• A genuine desire to grow, learn, and progress within a supportive team environment
