Implementing our very own twist on the most iconic cocktails you’d only find in the best hotel bars around the world. 

The Gig

Ovolo Hotels is in search of their next Kitchen Attendant to come join our Fabulous Unconventional, Never Boring Team! You will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations at all time whilst on shift. This is a Casual role and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Assist the chefs with food preparation
• Safely operating dishwasher, cleaning restaurant dishes/glass as well as all utensils used within the kitchen
• Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the kitchen facilities up to government and company sanitation standards
• Maintaining all kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, ensuring everything is safely stored away, as well as stock levels are up to standard
• Removal of rubbish bins and waste from the kitchen premises

About You

At Ovolo, we are all about YOU. We provide a fun and exciting environment and all we ask is that you give us your dedication to our brand and most importantly, your team! This is an entry level role with no prior experience necessary however experience in a kitchen environment is desirable. You will have a 'can-do' attitude with a passion and eagerness to learn. You may have a passion for hospitality or are currently studying culinary of some sort, looking for a step in the door. You will have a bright and bubbly attitude that will fit in with our fun and friendly kitchen team.
