Barista/Front Of House

Timber+Greens are the Corporate Cafes in the heart of Cubes. Co-working spaces provide the best hospitality experience to our coworking members.About the Job:This role is for a barista working alongside the Food and Beverage manager to curate the cafe venue, provide specialty coffee, and assemble fresh menu items to create the best experience for our customers.  Current hours available are 5 shifts per week, Monday - Friday. Shift times 8 am - 4 pm. There is a future to develop skills and knowledge in building food menus, supplier management, marketing promos, and getting involved in operations admin tasks.About The Company:Cubes.Co is a coworking provider that converts buildings into collaborative communities with culture, workspaces & services. Creating a feel-good community is at the forefront of your mind, as you can build rapport and significantly impact someone's day through a single interaction.What is the Role?Provide service to co-working members with a memorable experience.All-arounder solo barista handling specialty coffee.Food assembly of cafe items is made fresh daily.Encourage and support the creation of menu offerings to support the Timber and Greens offering. Open and close tasks to keep the high cleaning standards of the venue.Assist with any catering and client experience required by the onsite team.Order and stock take for the cafe.Assist with corporate and private events at the on-site event space located within the coworking space.End-of-day reports are sent to the Food and Beverage lead.Support from Food and Beverage led to making productive changes to the cafe offerings.Company Perks:Exposure to other areas of the business, upskilling your resume (events, administration roles).Amazing Company Culture.Room to grow.Great team dynamic.If you are looking for a quick response, please email careers@creativecubes.co.
