Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper

Key day to day responsibilities of the role: 

• Quarterly and Monthly BAS’s
• Internal Payroll processing fortnightly (over 100 employees) 
• Preparation and reviewing of monthly reporting (P&L, BS etc.)
• Bank reconciliations, accounts payables, accounts receivables
• Public practice accounting administration with accountants and support for clients & support ASIC corporate secretarial duties
• Oversee, review and coordinate bookkeeping/reporting tasks completed by the overseas team

The successful candidate will have:  

• Prior PP Bookkeeping experience is essential- 2 years minimum
• Solid experience using Xero & MYOB 
• Great Client facing skills & enjoys client interaction 
• Sound knowledge of various Payroll Awards
