Sales Specialist

Tradelink Bayswater is looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join the team.

What you’ll be doing 
You’ll be at the heart of the branch, looking after trade customers, building relationships and helping drive sales. 

• Manage trade counter sales and customer enquiries 
• Provide product advice and practical solutions 
• Prepare quotes and follow up sales opportunities 
• Build relationships with new and existing customers 
• Make outbound calls to generate and grow sales 
• Process orders and liaise with suppliers 
• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries 
• Support the day-to-day running of the branch 

What we’re looking for 
You’ll be proactive, personable and comfortable working in a busy sales environment. 

• Internal sales, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience 
• Plumbing, trade, building supplies or wholesale experience highly regarded 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• A genuine sales mindset and confidence following up opportunities 
• Ability to juggle priorities and get things done 
• Current driver’s licence
