Our Runaway Bay Store is looking for a Full-time Webshop Operator to join our team.

• Create a professional and engaging shopping environment for online customers that showcases our range of products.
• Collaborate with you team to ensure that webstore has all current sale items posted to its website.
• Engage your creative side to photograph, upload and post images along with descriptions of items for sale at your store (photoshopping as required).
• Package goods securely with high level of presentation and in line with our processes and policies; and
• Dispatch all purchased goods, with promotional material as required in a timely manner.

• Ideally you will have experience within a retail physical and online environment.
• An eye for detail with great spelling and grammatical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs while working towards KPI's.
• Well-developed communication skills to be utilised across multiple platforms including phone, email, online and face to face; and
• Basic to Intermediate computer skills (Including Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Picassa and internet searching) and Point of Sale (POS) system experience.
