What your day looks like

You’ll run your own day from a stocked van: pest and termite inspections and treatments for homes and businesses in your region. You’ll meet customers at the door, explain what you found and what happens next, and have every job documented before you drive off. Some of it is physical: roof voids, subfloors and Queensland summers are part of the deal. If you like real work, done properly, with your own run to own, this is it.

You’ll do it alongside a close-knit team that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Even if the termites do.

Who we’re looking for

• No pest experience? Good. We’d rather train you our way. Bring a stable work history, hands-on capability and comfort talking to customers. Warehousing, landscaping, gardening, deliveries and in-home trades all translate well.
• Already licensed? Bring your QLD pest management licence and your experience, and be open to doing things the Bittn way.
• Everyone: a current open driver’s licence, fitness for physical work, and pride in doing the job properly.
• Based on or near the bayside, Wynnum down to Redland Bay, so your first job is minutes from home, not an hour up the Gateway.
