We offer 20-38 hours per week across weekday day shifts only, working across aged care facilities, private homes, and small commercial sites. No nights. No weekends. Just steady, professional work with a team that supports you from day one.

For a full 5-day week, that is approximately $646-$775 per week before tax, plus travel reimbursement on top.

We have a very high client retention and satisfaction rate and it is your job to continue it.

Pay and Employment

• $33.85 per hour
• Casual employment with regular, consistent hours (20-38 hrs/week typical)
• Travel allowance reimbursed
• Training and all equipment provided

Hours

• Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (typically starting between 7am-9am)
• Shifts are generally 4-6 hours per day
• Do not apply if you are only available after hours, on weekends only, or for 2 days per week maximum - this role requires 4-5 day availability per week.

Your Responsibilities

You will clean aged care environments, private homes, and small commercial sites to a clear, consistent standard:

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning
• Bathrooms and toilets using correct chemicals and hygiene procedures
• High-touch point cleaning: handles, switches, handrails
• Reporting hazards, damage, or supply issues promptly
• Following our checklists and quality process - we train you on everything

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Reliable transport and valid driver's licence (you will travel between locations in eastern Melbourne)
• Police check required (current, or you must be willing to obtain one immediately)
• 4-5 day weekday availability
• Punctual, professional, and respectful when working around elderly clients
• Ability to follow systems and deliver consistent quality every shift
• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience (domestic, aged care, or commercial)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Conversational English required for client and team communication
