About the Role

The Woodcroft College ELC are seeking applications for a Co-Educators (Diploma qualified) to join our early learning team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based early learning program aligned with the EYLF

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Work collaboratively within a team to create engaging, inclusive learning environments

• Contribute positively to the daily life of the ELC, supporting routines, programs and events

What We're Looking For

• Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

• A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with young children

• Sound understanding of early childhood practice and child development

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Willingness to support the Christian ethos and values of the College
