Are you an administration guru who genuinely loves being busy, organised, and the person everyone can rely on to keep things moving?

Join a leading business in the tree services and vegetation management industry, delivering major council and commercial contracts across NSW. This is a high-volume role for a multi-tasking, highly organised administration guru who enjoys juggling jobs, emails, portals, paperwork and competing priorities ...without losing their cool!

You’ll receive a fantastic handover from someone who has lived and breathed this role for 9 years, along with ongoing training and a supportive team around you.

Your day-to-day:

• Process a high volume of council jobs and work packs
• Manage a busy administration inbox
• Enter and progress jobs through internal systems
• Work across multiple client portals
• Upload POs, reports and supporting paperwork
• Liaise with Client Managers and crews out in the field
• Prioritise urgent and competing requests
• Assist with general administration and enquiries
