Showroom Manager

Join our team at Sunlight Bathrooms as the Showroom Manager in our Highett store. 

For over 20 years, Sunlight has built a reputation for quality products, expert advice and a seamless customer experience. We are now seeking a Showroom Manager who can lead by example, drive performance and build genuine customer relationships.

What the role involves: 

Showroom Management

• Drive showroom sales performance - working face-to-face with our clients and alongside the team on the floor to achieve targets. 

• Identify trends and analyse feedback to optimise showroom performance. 

• Manage the full order lifecycle: quoting, sales orders, supplier purchasing, and final dispatch.

• Oversee store financials - GP performance, cost controls & regular reporting.

• Maintain a beautiful showroom by creating and maintaining dynamic displays.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Ensure every customer interaction reflects our high standards of service.

Team Management

• Lead, coach and develop a small team to grow and deliver exceptional service.

• Manage rosters and day-to-day HR for showroom staff.

• Collaborate on strategy, product range and growth initiatives.

About you:

• 3+ years in retail management - bathroom and building experience preferred.

• Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.

• Confident with managing people and relationships.

• Experience with inventory and order management systems.

• A natural leader who exhibits extreme ownership and coaches rather than dictates.

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  

About the role: 

• 5-day working week, ongoing Saturday availability required.

• $95,000 base salary, plus super, plus uncapped commission (OTE $120,000)
