Zapp Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated Business Administration Trainee to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll start by working closely with our experienced team, following established procedures, while receiving comprehensive training and working toward your Certificate III in Business. About the Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinating job schedules, quotes, and client requests alongside our office team
• Coordinating cleaning schedules and allocating tasks to job categories and field staff
• Ordering and managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock levels
• Coordinating equipment servicing and replacements as needed
• Providing general administrative support to management and onsite teams
• Keeping our job management system accurate and up to date
• Preparing client invoices for approval and assisting with compliance documentation
