Tractor Operator / Livestock Hand – Full Time

LJM Produce is a family-owned farming business based in Myalup, Western Australia, supplying premium carrots, onions and potatoes to domestic and international markets.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Tractor Operator / Livestock Hand to join our team.

In this role, you will operate modern, well-maintained, air-conditioned tractors and machinery to assist with all aspects of crop production, including:

• Ground preparation

• Seeding and planting

• Fertiliser application

• Irrigation support

• Harvesting operations

The successful applicant will also assist with the daily care and management of our livestock program, including cattle feeding and general stock handling duties.

Training will be provided to the right candidate, and an immediate start is available.

Essential Requirements

• Current HR driver's licence

• Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery

• Livestock handling experience

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to comply with workplace safety and quality assurance requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
