Introducing BeautyBar — located in High St, Armadale, the first-ever concept store that brings together three of Australia’s most loved beauty brands: MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals — in one destination.

This space is more than a retail store. It’s a beauty destination where customer experience comes first. From personalised makeup and beauty services to influencer-led events and immersive brand activations, BeautyBar is designed to inspire and connect.

We’re looking for Casual Beauty Advisor's to support and redefine what beauty retail can be. Ideally, you are a certified Makeup Artist.

We have available shifts Thursday to Sunday (must be available on Saturdays), especially across peak seasonal periods

Role & Responsibilities

Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environmentPerform makeup and beauty services for customers, delivering tailored, professional experiencesEnsure high visual and operational standards across the storeSupport the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiencesAct as the key brand ambassador for BeautyBar in the local community

Skills & Experience:

Cert II in Retail Cosmetics or similar (required)Proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environmentsA passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfactionExperience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or eventsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
