About Us
Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region.
With a strong focus on person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, BRAMS delivers services designed around the needs of Aboriginal individuals and families. Our multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to improve health outcomes and promote wellbeing across the lifespan.

About the Role
BRAMS is looking for a Workforce Development Coordinator to join our Business Services team. Reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, you’ll lead the coordination and governance of workforce learning across BRAMS — ensuring all learning and development activities are planned, recorded and evaluated through the ELMO Learning Management System.
Working closely with the CEO, Executive Managers and Program Leads, you’ll drive implementation of the BRAMS Learning and Development Framework, making sure every staff member has a current Training Needs Analysis and Learning and Development Plan aligned to organisational priorities. You’ll also oversee clinical competency and credentialing programs, helping BRAMS meet its workforce governance, compliance and accreditation requirements while building a culture where learning and professional growth are part of everyday work.
