Reporting to the Allocations Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Allocating subcontractors (Plant and Trucks) to projects around Queensland;
• Entering all orders and assigned subcontractor details into our allocations system;
• Addressing all client questions and subcontractor enquiries issued via email and/or telephone;
• Continually striving to improve customer service at all times; and
• A high level of incoming and outbound calls, where you must be able to multitask and deal with your time effectively.

However, you must have:

• Ability to work Monday to Friday with the occasional mid-week and weekend on-call;
• Experience as a fleet controller, fleet coordinator, allocator, transport coordinator, booking coordinator or similar;
• Intermediate computer literacy skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• An action-oriented, organised and adaptable work style;
• A strong level of commitment to the wider business teams and your role; and
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually.
