Love hospitality? Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen? We’re looking for enthusiastic BOH staff (Cooks and Chefs) - to join the team at our restaurant & bar, Tripcony Traders.

BIG4 Caloundra, located on the stunning Pumicestone Passage, welcomes over 9,000 bookings each year. Following major upgrades, we’ve become a standout destination not just in Queensland, but across Australia. Our SEQ Properties portfolio also includes BIG4 Maroochy River, Tom & Andy’s Espresso Van, and Tripcony Traders.

• Cooks/Chefs: Prepare and plate high-quality meals, maintain kitchen standards, and work closely with the FOH team to deliver great dining experiences. Previous experience in a busy kitchen essential.

• Casual Hours: 25 to 30 hours, generally Wed to Sat availability would be ideal. Mainly PM shift and early finish.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and team spirit

• Experience in a similar kitchen role highly regarded (for cooks)

• Food safety knowledge/certification an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility for evenings, weekends & holidays

• Passion for hospitality and creating great experiences
