eCommerce Assistant

Are you passionate about eCommerce, website optimisation, and creating exceptional online customer experiences?

Join our dynamic in-house Group Ecommerce team and play a key role in supporting and growing the Group's online portfolio across Australia. We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded and detail-focused eCommerce Assistant who enjoys working across Shopify, website optimisation, product data, and paid advertising in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role based five days a week in our Stirling office, working closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to maintain, optimise and grow our online channels.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and updating eCommerce websites and platforms, including Shopify, with a focus on functionality and customer experience.
• Building and maintaining website pages, using basic Liquid, HTML and web coding skills where required.
• Managing product data across Product Information Management (PIM) systems, eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Proficient in Excel to manage, analyse and cross-reference data, including building formulas and reports.
• Managing and optimising Google Ads, analysing performance and recommending opportunities to improve eCommerce sales and conversion.
• Monitoring website and eCommerce performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights.
• Supporting product launches, promotions, website improvements and broader eCommerce initiatives across the Group.
• Supporting with Digital Marketing activities, where relevant.

About you

• 3+ years' experience in eCommerce, website management, digital marketing or similar.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, and confidence managing website content and backend functionality.
• Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML and web coding, with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data management and cross-referencing spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with managing product data, PIM systems, marketplaces and large product catalogues is favourable.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and eCommerce reporting, with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
• Comfortable using AI tools and prompting, with a proactive approach to adopting new technology.
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, with a commercial mindset and a passion for improving online customer experience and eCommerce performance.
