About the roleTelecom Engineer – Internal/External Design is to deliver exceptional service to the business. This person would thrive on challenges in a high paced environment, has a passion for Design processes. In addition, we're after someone with good design knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be a team player.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high productivity and quality design by following the design standardsImplement and standardise Design processes including Quality controlProvide best solutions and be a point of escalation for the teamDeliver high-quality design within given timeDeliver cost effective design solutionsMeet all KPIs in terms of productivity, Quality and process compliancesWork with team and manager to improve Productivity and QualityProduce Designs to support weekly/monthly targets
