CSSD - Manager

Permanent Full-Time - 76 hours per fortnight

We’re seeking an experienced CSSD Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality sterilisation services within a busy clinical environment.

About the Role

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Advanced experience as an Instrument Technician
• Experience within endoscopy environments
• Certificate IV in Sterilisation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in decision-making and leadership
• A positive, reliable and professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
