Felix is a wine and pasta bar in Launceston that people genuinely love coming to. We're lively, a little indulgent, and serious about doing hospitality well. Great pasta, interesting wine, and the kind of service that feels warm rather than polished. We work hard and we have a lot of fun doing it.

We're looking for a Bartender to be a real part of what makes Felix work. This is a casual role sitting around 10 to 20 hours a week across Wednesday to Saturday, covering predominantly dinner services.
For the right person there's genuine scope to grow beyond that - we have another venue coming on deck in the coming months, and we're building a team we want to take with us.

What the role looks like day to day:

• Running the bar during service, drinks, wine, the lot
• Looking after guests from the moment they sit down
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready to go
• Working closely with the floor team to make service feel seamless
• Bringing genuine enthusiasm for what's in the glass

What we're looking for:

• Bar experience behind you, comfortable working a busy service
• A real interest in wine. We'll build on what you know, but you need to care about it
• Someone who's warm, switched on, and doesn't need hand-holding
• Current RSA
• A team player who can hold their own when it gets busy

Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
