Casual Inspections & Leasing Officer – Maternity Cover (Nov–March)

Rent Choice is on the hunt for a reliable, people-focused Inspections and Leasing Officer to cover maternity leave from November through to March. If you love being out and about, meeting people, and keeping properties in great shape, this one's for you.

We provide personalised, transparent property management for Perth property investors, spanning from Yanchep down to Dawesville. Our team is local, our service is responsive, and we're not afraid to get our hands dirty to protect our owners' investments.

About the role

This is a casual position covering our coastal corridor, working closely with our property management team to keep things running smoothly while one of our own is on leave. You'll be working 4-5 days per week, with hours varying week to week, and Saturdays are a regular part of the role (home opens tend to be busiest then). You'll be:

• Conducting routine property inspections across Yanchep to Dawesville

• Running home opens for rental properties, giving prospective tenants a great first impression

• Reporting inspection findings clearly and promptly so owners stay in the loop

• Building rapport with tenants and prospective tenants alike

• Representing Rent Choice with professionalism, warmth, and reliability

Pay

$30 - $35 per hour, casual rate, plus superannuation.

What we're after

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (a fair bit of driving is involved)

• Availability across 4-5 days per week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for varying hours

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people

• Competency using Inspection Express is preferred but not essential

• Previous property management, real estate, or customer service experience is a bonus, but a great attitude matters more
