Window & Door Installers - Full Time, Casual or Subcontractor

Ventana Architectural Pty Ltd is a Perth-based architectural windows and doors company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, we are looking for experienced Window & Door Installers and Installer Teams to join our growing business.

We are open to engaging the right people on a full-time, casual or subcontractor basis, depending on your experience, availability and preferred working arrangement.

About the Role

Our installation work covers a range of residential and commercial projects throughout Perth, with a focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and getting the job done right.

The role may include:

• Installation of aluminium windows and doors

• Installation of sliding and hinged doors

• Installation of glazed windows and frames

• Removal and replacement of existing windows and doors

• Glazing and finishing works

• Accurate measuring and fitting

• Reading plans and interpreting installation requirements

• Working with hand and power tools

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

• Working as part of a team or independently

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who take pride in their work and understand the importance of delivering a quality finished product.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience installing windows and doors

• Experience with aluminium windows, doors or glazing preferred

• Good knowledge of construction practices

• Ability to read plans and follow installation requirements

• Confidence using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A reliable and positive attitude

• A strong focus on quality and safety

• Current driver's licence

Qualified glaziers are encouraged to apply.

We are also happy to consider experienced tradespeople from related construction backgrounds who have the right skills and attitude and are looking to move into architectural window and door installation.

Installer Teams

Established installer teams are also encouraged to apply.
