Project Manager – Buildings & Infrastructure

We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Bureau Veritas – Buildings & Infrastructure team in Sydney, delivering projects for government and public sector clients.

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of community infrastructure projects, including a mix of new build and refurbishment works, helping deliver assets that support growing communities across NSW.

The Role

Working client-side, you’ll support projects across the full lifecycle—from design management and procurement through to construction, delivery, and handover.

You’ll collaborate with government stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to drive coordinated, high-quality outcomes across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of building and community infrastructure projects
• Manage design coordination and contribute to design development outcomes
• Work closely with government clients and key stakeholders
• Assist with procurement, contract administration, and delivery planning
• Coordinate consultants and contractors to maintain programme and momentum
• Monitor budgets, risks, and schedules to ensure successful delivery

About You

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in construction, architecture consulting, or client-side project roles
• Eligible to successfully obtain a National Police Clearance, facilitated by the company during the onboarding period.
• Flexibility to attend client site inspections when required.
• Experience across full project lifecycle phases of projects
• Exposure to government or community infrastructure projects preferred
• Regular onsite presence at client office in Greater Western Sydney.
• Confident working across both new build and refurbishment projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project controls
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with a proactive attitude toward delivering quality work and contributing to Bureau Veritas’ culture of excellence, trust, and continuous improvement.
