We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Manager / Finance Specialist (Trainee or Experienced) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive environment while working with leading brands Toyota, Hyundai, and Kia.

Whether you’re starting out or bringing prior experience, if you have a keen interest in finance and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

• Experience in, or a strong interest in, selling Finance & Insurance products.
• Motivated to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to following processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Available to work weekends, with rostered days off provided during the week.

Please Note: You will be required to obtain accreditation with the Finance companies that we have arrangements with. Relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of their accreditation processes. These checks include a National Police Clearance Certificate.
