Lead Product Manager

It's an opportunity to own product strategy for a suite of customer facing products, influence key business decisions and help shape the future direction of the organisation. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with creativity, has a strong commercial mindset and enjoys solving complex customer problems.

You'll be at your best if your product experience has been built around understanding customers, identifying market opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to life, while balancing customer outcomes with commercial priorities.

Your day to day will include:

• Defining and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital journeys and commercial performance
• Leading product discovery through customer insights, market research and commercial analysis
• Prioritising initiatives that balance customer needs, business value and strategic objectives
• Partnering with Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and executive stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Monitoring product performance and using customer feedback and data to continuously improve products
• Championing innovation and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies

What you need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Management or Lead Product Manager role
• Experience within fintech, lending, payments or digital financial services
• Proven experience developing product strategy, owning roadmaps and influencing business outcomes
• A strategic mindset combined with creativity, commercial thinking and genuine customer empathy
• Experience leading product discovery, customer research and identifying market opportunities
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and challenging thinking to deliver better customer outcomes
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for innovation, AI and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
