We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook who's as passionate about great food as we are. As a key member of the Beerenberg kitchen team, based in the glorious Adelaide Hills town of Hahndorf, you'll bring speed, precision and a cool head to every service in our busy, full-service café. From perfectly poached eggs to breakfast favourites delivered at pace, you'll help our iconic South Australian brand shine, plate after plate. • You'll keep breakfast service humming, preparing and plating high-volume breakfast and brunch favourites with speed, consistency and care.
• You'll own your station, arriving ready to prep, stock and organise for a smooth and successful service.
• You'll thrive in the rush, managing multiple orders while maintaining quality, presentation and timing.
• You'll be a great teammate, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house crews to ensure every meal reaches guests exactly as it should.
• You'll champion food safety and quality, maintaining high standards of hygiene, stock rotation and workplace cleanliness.
• You'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, supporting stock control, general kitchen operations and safe work practices every day.

Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

• Have previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook or similar role, preferably within a high-volume breakfast, brunch or café environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and can manage multiple tickets while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Have strong short-order cooking skills and confidence preparing breakfast and brunch favourites under pressure.
• Understand food safety, hygiene, quality and WHS requirements and consistently put them into practice.
• Are reliable, organised and ready for early morning starts.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
• Communicate well with others and enjoy working collaboratively in a busy hospitality environment.
• Are available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Love providing great food and even better guest experiences.
