At headspace Knox, we believe lived experience is one of the most powerful tools for connection. As a Youth Multicultural Peer Worker, you’ll use your own mental health journey to walk alongside culturally diverse young people, break down stigma, and help them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Your role, your impact
This part-time role is grounded in Intentional Peer Support (IPS) principles – connection, worldview, mutuality, and moving toward. You’ll build genuine relationships with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) young people, share your story safely and purposefully, and create inclusive spaces where help-seeking feels possible.
