Social Media & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creator to join our passionate team!

The role is hands-on and varied, covering social media content, video editing, graphics, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while helping shape how the EQC Institute brand is presented online. Working closely with our marketing team and manager, there will be clear direction around campaigns and brand priorities, along with plenty of room to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Creating graphics, videos, Reels, TikToks and social media content

• Editing existing photo and video content using CapCut or similar tools

• Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

• Developing new content ideas and supporting campaigns

• Keeping the brand consistent, current and engaging online

• Helping grow engagement and awareness across our social channels

There’s plenty of creative freedom, lots of existing content to work with and the chance to see your work published across a growing brand.

You’ll also have support from an established marketing team, so the role isn’t about doing everything alone. It’s about creating great content, contributing ideas and helping bring campaigns to life.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for content and a good understanding of what works across social media.

Ideally, you’ll be:

• Confident creating and editing short-form video

• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

• Happy to appear in social media content and videos when needed

• Creative, organised and able to work to deadlines

• Able to turn existing content into something fresh and engaging

• Comfortable contributing ideas and working as part of a team

CapCut, Canva or similar content creation tools will be a big part of the role. A portfolio or examples of your work will be required before starting the role.
