We are currently looking for friendly, energetic and experienced Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Top Juice Eastern Creek Quarter, an established and busy store with a positive team culture.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, professional and high-quality customer service
• Taking customer orders and processing payments
• Preparing food, juices, smoothies and other products efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures at all times
• Working effectively as part of a busy and supportive team
• Providing customers with product information and recommendations
• Ensuring products are presented to a high standard
• Assisting with stock replenishment and general store duties

What We’re Looking For

Previous food service and customer service experience is essential.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience working in food service, hospitality, café, restaurant, takeaway or retail food environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A friendly, positive and approachable attitude
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Excellent personal presentation and a professional manner
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine interest in fresh food, health and wellness

Food Handling or Food Safety Supervisor certification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
