Field Service Technician - Perth (Canning Vale)

About the role:You would be joining our Tyre Protection Chain division, which specialises in the production of protection and traction chains for rubber-tyred wheel loaders and off-road machinery. These chains are essential for various industries, including open-pit mining, quarries, underground mining, and other specialised sectors.
What you'll be doing:This position is primarily focused on the installation, maintenance, and inspection of our products in the field, ensuring optimal performance and exceeding customer expectations. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, can operate autonomously, and are comfortable managing their own paperwork and service reports.
This role offers a blend of office and field work, requiring mechanical aptitude and providing a gateway into the mining and heavy machinery industry. We welcome candidates with or without experience
The role is predominantly Monday-Friday, however, there will be regular travel to mine sites to perform service/maintenance on tyre chains. This work is scheduled to be completed within a Monday to Friday framework.
Additional responsibilities include supporting warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, assisting with logistics and general administrative tasks.
Full training will be provided combining online courses with hands-on field-based learning and supervision.
