About The Role

The Paralegal is integral to assisting our Immigration Lawyers in securing positive outcomes for our clients. At Absolute Immigration Legal, no two days are the same. This is your opportunity to work in one of the most complex areas of law whilst changing lives every day. We aren’t your typical law firm. We don’t ask our Lawyers to bill in 6 minute increments or keep timesheets (what a time consuming task!). Each case the client is charged a fixed fee, freeing up our Paralegals and Lawyers to focus on providing our clients exceptional client service.

Working closely with our Immigration Lawyers, you’ll be a central part of the delivery team, ensuring applications are prepared accurately, clients are kept informed, and matters progress smoothly from start to finish. This role allows you to deepen your technical knowledge while being supported by experienced Lawyers and a collaborative team environment.

You’re a detail-driven, client-focused professional who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You genuinely care about people and understand the importance of accuracy, communication, and follow-through in immigration work.
