Synergie Australia is pleased to partner with a leading company in the ventilation industry, supplying ventilation systems to the underground mining sector. With decades of industry experience, our client is continuing to grow and is looking for reliable Factory Labourers to join their team.

Duties Include

• Folding and bagging plastic and polymer-based materials
• Repetitive handling of lightweight materials
• General manual handling
• Lifting and bending
• Packing and preparing materials
• Assisting with general factory duties
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work area
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

The Successful Candidate

• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Reliable and punctual – reliability is essential
• Comfortable performing repetitive and physical tasks
• Able to lift up to 20kg comfortably
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous factory, manufacturing or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
• Able to provide 2 contactable references
