Support the ongoing administration and management of independent contractors.
Ensure contractor documentation, agreements and records are accurate, current and appropriately maintained.
Apply a strong working knowledge of Australian independent-contractor compliance requirements and relevant record-keeping obligations.
Identify and escalate potential compliance, documentation or process issues where appropriate.
Assist with the development, review and implementation of contractor-related policies, procedures and process documentation.
Business & Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, Director and senior leadership as required.

Maintain organised and accessible records across cloud-based filing systems.
Support broader Business Services administration and projects as required.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Review existing recruitment and contractor-management processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Develop, update and maintain process documentation, templates, procedures and policies.
Take initiative to implement practical process improvements and support their adoption across the organisation.
Ensure recruitment and contractor processes remain organised, consistent and aligned with GGSA's operational requirements.
About You
You will be a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional with:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and contractor management.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, contractor management, business administration and/or executive support.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with senior stakeholders.
A professional, service-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
