Pick Packer & Warehouse Assistant

Giftroo is a fast-growing corporate gifting startup supplying premium, personalised gifts to some of Australia's leading businesses — and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented warehouse superstar to join us for our biggest season yet.

This is a rare opportunity to get in early with an exciting young company, work directly alongside the founders, and genuinely help shape what our warehouse operation looks like as we scale.

The Role

Based at our Moorabbin warehouse, you'll be a key part of our production and dispatch team — making sure every gift that leaves our doors is perfect.

Day to day you'll be involved in:

• Picking, packing and assembling personalised corporate gift boxes

• Dispatching orders accurately and on time

• Stock control and inventory management

• Keeping the warehouse organised and running smoothly

This is physical, hands-on work — you'll be on your feet, lifting products, and moving at pace. Attention to detail is everything here, as many of our gifts are personalised for specific clients and there's no room for error.

Hours & Contract

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

• Overtime available for those who want it

• Casual contract through to Christmas, with a strong likelihood of a permanent full-time role for the right person in January

• As the business grows, so does the team — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and step into a leadership role down the track

• Comfortable with physical work and a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Warehouse, pick/pack or logistics experience is a bonus but not essential — we're happy to train the right person
