Experienced Dental Assistants wanted

Bay Road Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Sandringham! The role will commence effective immediately, and open to PT/FTl - days are flexible.We are a vibrant, fun group looking for similarly minded people to join the team!

The Dental Assisting role will include tasks such as:

• Customer service and patient care
• Chairside dental assisting duties
• Efficient room preparation and changeovers
• Sterilising and instrument maintenance duties
• Occasionally assist the front office team as required

We are seeking people with the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills with an accomplished phone manner
• A positive work ethic with a team approach
• Have exceptional organisational skills
• Have a passion for customer service and patient care in the dental industry
• Be proficient with computers (Experience with ExACT highly preferred but not essential)
• Certificate III in dental assisting will be an advantage
• Have at least 1 year dental experience in a similar role
• Flexibility to work one late night a week (until 7pm), or Saturdays highly regarded
