About the role

Care2Help provides Registered Nurses to Aged Care Facilities around the Central Coast and Newcastle areas as well as providing community nursing services. We are an RN led service organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and care needs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

About you

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

• Current Flu and covid vaccination.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

• National Police check.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing quality care.

• Experience in disability care, community nursing, or a related field.

• Registered nurse: 2 year (Required).
