Asset Administrator & Support

Calling all administration superstars! We are a medium sized plumbing company who specialise in larger civil and construction projects. Based SOR we currently employ 70 plus employees and are looking for someone to join the admin/accounting team in a support role.

Role is for 20 hours per week Mon to Fri office based. Hours could expand for the right candidate. We need someone to take on the role of an asset administrator which involves scheduling fleet vehicle servicing at required intervals, maintaining maintenance logs, arranging vehicle repairs, executing basic vehicle inspections (no mechanical experience required) setting up new plant and vehicle items using SimPRO and Maptrack (training will be provided), manage BP fleet cards, monitor hire machinery on and off hire.

You will need to have a firm but pleasant phone manner and be comfortable managing competing priorities. There will also be additional adhoc admin tasks as required. Basic Microsoft office skills required.
