Labourers – TMR Roadway Maintenance

Location: Boonah & Beaudesert, QLD

Work Type: Casual / Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking 8 dependable Labourers based in the Boonah and Beaudesert areas for an ongoing Roadside Maintenance Contract (RMC) working along TMR roadways.

This is a great outdoor role where you'll be working in small teams to keep our local roadsides clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Whipper Snipping & Brush Cutting: Maintaining grass along TMR corridors and council roadways.

• Litter Collection: Performing groundskeeping, manual rubbish removal, and hazard clearing.

• Site Safety: Setting up basic work zones and adhering to strict roadside safety procedures.

• Driving & Transport: Operating support vehicles and driving equipment to sites (for MR license holders).

• General Construction Induction Training (White Card) — Essential

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): High-vis clothing, steel-cap boots, wide-brim hat, and eye protection — Essential

• Medium Rigid (MR) Driver’s License — Highly preferred for 1–2 positions

• Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
