National Clinical Assessment Team Manager
Lead clinical excellence and help ensure outstanding care outcomes across Aeralife communities nationwide.
Are you an experienced clinical professional with a passion for aged care funding, assessment accuracy and clinical education? Aeralife is seeking a dedicated National Clinical Assessment Team Manager to lead our Clinical Assessment Team and support residential aged care communities across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled clinician who enjoys combining leadership, education and quality improvement to ensure residents receive care that accurately reflects their changing clinical needs while supporting optimal AN-ACC outcomes.

The Opportunity
As the National Clinical Assessment Team Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and education to the Clinical Assessment Team while working closely with Residence Managers and clinical leaders across Aeralife. Reporting to the Head of Group Operations, you will ensure resident assessments, care plans and clinical documentation accurately reflect care needs and support best-practice clinical outcomes.
You will play a key role in maintaining contemporary AN-ACC knowledge, identifying trends across residences, supporting clinical teams through education and driving continuous improvement in clinical assessment practices nationwide.

The National Clinical Assessment Team Manager is responsible for leading the Clinical Assessment Team and partnering with operational and clinical leaders to ensure resident care needs are appropriately assessed, documented and reflected within care planning processes.
The role combines clinical leadership, AN-ACC expertise, education, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement to support excellence in resident care and funding outcomes across Aeralife communities.

You are an experienced clinical leader with strong aged care knowledge and a passion for education, quality outcomes and continuous improvement. You enjoy building capability in others, maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring residents receive care that reflects their individual needs.
You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, interpreting clinical information and driving positive outcomes through collaboration, coaching and leadership.
